Does Tasks replace my existing tools?
Tasks works alongside your current stack, and integrates with Google Analytics. You don't have to replace any tools, though you may prefer to replace your existing Heatmaps and Session Replay solution with Crazy Egg.

Do I need a developer to use Tasks?
No. Crazy Egg is easy to install without a developer, by just pasting a code snippet or integrating with your CMS. Tasks drafts new page designs for you, which only go live with your approval.

Do I need to know analytics or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)?
Tasks doesn't require analytics or CRO knowledge to use. Just install Crazy Egg on your site, then tell Tasks what your website's goals are: checkout revenue, leads, appointments booked, or something else. Tasks will explain the rest in terms you can understand.

What does “you approve every step” mean?
Tasks can recommend, design improvements, and launch experiments on your site automatically. But it won’t make any changes to your site's design that impact visitors, until you approve them.
