For most users, Proggio plus has enough features to manage multiple projects, with dynamic dashboards and customization features. The annual pricing costs $1500 per month, nearly double what you would pay for the Proggio PM plan, but the difference in features makes it worth it for bigger teams.
Proggio PM
Proggio’s PM plan is slightly more affordable and is targeted more toward smaller teams with more basic needs.
You can still have unlimited users added to projects with this plan, as well as project templates and tasks management, but you don’t get access to all the features included in Proggio Plus, like budget management or workflows.
The biggest difference between this plan and Proggio Plus is that the dynamic workflows and integrations are much more limited with Proggio PM. That’s not to say it’s necessarily bad, but it does mean that for anyone trying to manage lots of tasks in a team, it’s less user-friendly and might limit efficiency or clarity if multiple projects are being run.
However, Proggio PM does only cost $800 a month and includes an unlimited number of users. For a smaller team or smaller project loads, paying 50% less than Proggio Plus makes sense.
Proggio Enterprise
Proggio’s Enterprise plan is the most extensive plan on offer and is targeted at much bigger enterprises managing multiple high-level projects at once.
It includes multiple business units, portfolios and locations, multiple programs and project hierarchies, goal settings, and OKR, and is clearly not designed for small-scale businesses. It even takes planning one step further and includes scenario planning, where businesses get a forecast for how projects will pan out.
This plan requires you to request pricing and only really makes sense for corporations who need to run multiple projects in multiple teams. Most people are better off choosing Proggio Plus, where they’ll get access to most of the same features but at a much more affordable price.
Proggio in Summary
Proggio has more strengths than it does shortcomings, and it’s no surprise it’s voted so highly amongst professionals as a project management system. The only issue for most people would be the high pricing, but considering all plans are available to unlimited users, it’s still great value when all the features are considered.
