Customer support could be improved: Based on feedback we found from Dukaan users, we noticed that customer service seemed to be the primary complaint that came up for some users.

If you need to contact customer support, you’ll need to send an email or reach out via Dukaan’s contact page. There’s no chatbot on the site to quickly answer questions you have, nor is there a phone number listed on the contact page. They do, however, have a Help Center with common questions and frequently read articles, so you may be able to find answers there. There’s also a Dukaan VIP Facebook group where you can ask technical questions, so that may be your best bet for getting questions answered quickly—but you’ll have to have a Facebook account.

Lack of themes: We know we put themes in the pros section—we just wish there were more of them. Currently, there are only 21 themes in the collection. The themes they do offer are beautiful and customizable, but they may not fit every business owner’s needs. You’ll want to check out Dukaan’s theme collection to decide if it has the right theme to fit your unique vision.

Some business tool limitations: While the platform offers a considerable amount of useful tools, some of them have limitations. For example, both the background remover and image enhancer have 2.5 MB file limits. The product description generator may be unable to write descriptions that are unique enough when offering multiple similar products. And the online invoice generator doesn’t allow you to add custom branding to the invoice.

These tools are free, so we can’t pick at them too much. But if you want something a bit more robust, you might want to use a different tool for things like creating unique product descriptions or generating branded invoices.
