From the speed of response to thoroughness of the team\u2019s answers, the Tailor Brands customer service team was up to the challenge. We had some inquiries around pricing and how its website hosting worked, and the team wasted no time answering all of our questions and concerns.&nbsp;<\/p>   <p>On top of that, one of the reps was generous enough to provide some excellent advice on which plan would be the best fit for us.&nbsp;<\/p>   <p>Beyond customer service in the traditional sense, Tailor Brands has a self-service knowledge base on its website that is extensive and easy to navigate. If you can\u2019t find what you\u2019re looking for, you can talk with an AI bot, start a live chat with a human agent, shoot them an email, or give them a call directly\u2013the number\u2019s always on screen so you never have to go searching.&nbsp;<\/p>   <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tailor Brands\u2019 Potential Drawbacks<\/strong><\/h3>   <p><strong>Additional costs: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crazyegg.com\/blog\/go\/ce4211\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Tailor Brands<\/a> offers tools and services outside of its core packages. Since that\u2019s the predesignated option inside the platform, you won\u2019t be able to pick a completely different bank and still keep everything tied together inside Tailor Brands.&nbsp;<\/p>   <p>The same goes for choosing business insurance with NEXT\u2014they\u2019re what you get. Of course, this isn\u2019t entirely a bad thing. All of Tailor Brands\u2019 preset options are excellent choices in their own right.&nbsp;<\/p>   <p>If you use the website builder, you won\u2019t be able to move your website somewhere else later. You\u2019ll have to rebuild it from scratch (this is a problem with ALL website builders, though).&nbsp;<\/p>   <p><strong>Limitations: <\/strong>Tailor Brands services are meant for one business and one website. If you want to use its services for more than one, you\u2019ll have to purchase multiple subscriptions.&nbsp;<\/p>   <p>When you sign up, you get one logo, according to its FAQ section in the dashboard. It notes that, \u201ceach Tailor Brands subscription is linked to one logo only. All of the assets that are included with your purchase will be based off the logo that it\u2019s bought with, and all different designs will need their own subscription and assets.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>   <p>We did reach out to a customer service rep to confirm this, and received a slightly different reply: \u201cAlthough Tailor Brands doesn\u2019t offer unlimited logos, the Basic plan includes one logo, the Standard plan includes two logos, and the Premium plan includes five.\u201d<\/p>   <p>Either way, one logo (or five) is all most people should need. But it lacks the option to expand beyond that if you ever need to.&nbsp;<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tailor Brands\u2019 Products, Plans, and Pricing<\/strong><\/h2>   <p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crazyegg.com\/blog\/go\/ce4211\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Tailor Brands<\/a> pricing is very straightforward. <\/p>   <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lite\u2013Free LLC Filing<\/strong><\/h3>   <p>Perhaps our excitement earlier about Tailor Brands\u2019 free offering was overlooked: Tailor Brands\u2019 Lite offering is completely <em>free<\/em>\u2014you only pay your state\u2019s LLC filing fees, which vary by state.&nbsp;<\/p>   <p>Tailor Brands files all of your LLC paperwork and you\u2019ll get status updates right inside your dashboard. Processing time depends on the state you\u2019re forming in and whether you choose an expedited option.<\/p>   <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Essential\u2013LLC Filing + Annual LLC Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>   <p>The Essential plan is ideal for those new business owners that don\u2019t want to deal with the annual compliance that is required to maintain an LLC\u2014each year, you\u2019ll have to file a business report for the upkeep of your LLC, and pay your state\u2019s fees.
