Like any product on the market, there are pros and cons to choosing Hostinger as your websites’ web host. We want to call out a few of the key elements that work in Hostinger’s favor and a couple potential drawbacks, so you get the full story on whether they’re the best choice for you.<\/p>

One-click installs: <\/strong>Though it\u2019s simple, Hostinger doesn\u2019t skimp on powerful tools. For example, Hostinger offers an Auto Installer feature that greatly simplifies the process of installing apps. It seriously takes one click and you can have a brand new WordPress, Drupal, WooCommerce, or PrestaShop site ready to go. Uptime can dip on lower-tier shared plans:<\/strong> During earlier testing, we had a few instances where our site was down for a few minutes at a time\u2014this is pretty normal for shared hosting. More recent tests showed Hostinger hovering around 99.9%+ uptime for shared and WordPress hosting, and its VPS hosting performed even better over long windows. If absolute uptime is critical, you\u2019ll still want to spring for cloud or VPS. <\/p>

No dedicated servers:<\/strong> If a VPS server isn’t enough for you, you’ll have to switch to a different host as Hostinger doesn’t offer dedicated servers. For developers who want full control without paying for bare metal, Hostinger\u2019s unmanaged KVM VPS plans include full root access and a dedicated IP, which covers most advanced use cases.<\/p>

This is Hostinger’s cheapest hosting plan. On the longest-term deals, it can be as low as $1.99 per month. It\u2019s designed for getting a site online quickly without paying for features you don\u2019t need. You\u2019ll be able to host up to three websites with 20 GB of SSD storage, unlimited bandwidth, and a free SSL certificate.<\/p>

You\u2019ll also get a free domain for the first year on annual terms, and that typically includes WHOIS privacy protection for eligible extensions\u2014keeping your private information private and saving you an extra annual fee you\u2019d otherwise pay elsewhere. <\/p>

While you do have to pay for 48 months in advance to get the best price, you’ll still end up paying well under $150 out of pocket today on the biggest promos. <\/p>

Hostinger Business<\/h3>

If you\u2019re looking to level up your plan, then Hostinger\u2019s Business option may be right for you. With this plan you get everything included in the Premium plan, plus daily and on-demand backups, more resources to handle higher traffic, NVMe storage, and more builder and WordPress tools that make it easier to grow. <\/p>
