Overly Simple Templates: Platformly offers a wide selection of template options, mainly for forms and emails. While there are a lot of them, we found that many of them have a pretty basic look. Some people love the clean and simple design, but others find that it leaves more to be desired.
There are still some opportunities to customize, though. For example, the Yakimbee template offers the option to replace the original stock photos with more than 55 million royalty photos, videos, and vector images.
If you’re someone who wants highly customizable and fashionable templates, you may find Platformly lacking. However, their options will still be able to get the job done, and will provide you with a simple, clean look.
Limited Integrations: The amount of integrations that Platformly offers is far below its competition. SendInBlue offers over 200, and ActiveBuilding offers 800+ integrations, where Platformly offers just 37.

It also suggests seven different “connector” applications that users can download to connect apps with no native navigation, like buying Integrately will allow you to connect Facebook ads and Google Sheets to Platformly. Platformly pricing is right on par with its competitors. However, unlike its competitors, Platformly offers a wide range of capabilities, and includes many features that others charge extra for, like link tracking and CRM. While there are some less expensive options out there, those systems typically have more minimal tools.
Platformly’s pricing ranges by how many contacts your business has. The website offers a sliding scale, so users can see all of the different pricing options depending on their individual business needs.
The pricing starts as low as $19.99 a month for those who have 1,000 or fewer clients, and scales all the way up to 100,000 contacts at $499.99 a month.
