This is a significant disadvantage because most of MyCorporation’s biggest competitors, like Bizee, offer a full year of registered agent service completely free of cost in all of their packages.
No Estimated Turnaround Time: MyCorporation doesn’t provide any estimated turnaround times for its formation services. Depending on the state of registration, the entire process could take a few days to even over six weeks. Toward the end of the application process, the company offers users the chance to expedite the whole process by 85% compared to the standard filing process upon payment of an additional $100, exclusive of the state fee.
Too Many Upsells: If you don’t like companies forcing their products or services on you, you may find MyCorporation’s application process very tedious. There is way too much upselling.
