How much does Resource Guru cost?
Our pricing starts at $4.16 per person, per month and increases based on the number of people and resources you add to your account. We have three pricing options to suit different types of team and business. Learn more about our Grasshopper, Blackbelt, and Master plans.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
Your free trial starts on the Blackbelt plan so you can explore all the core features, including reports.
You can subscribe to any of our plans at any time during your trial. If you do, you will have the choice of paying either annually or monthly. If you choose not to subscribe or you cancel within your trial period, you won’t be charged a thing.
Does Resource Guru integrate with other platforms?
Yes! Using Zapier, you can integrate Resource Guru with a host of other platforms including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Outlook, Slack, Trello, Salesforce, and Jira.

What if I need help using Resource Guru?
We have a dedicated customer support team who can provide assistance via email or chat. Phone assistance is also available on our Master plan if you choose to subscribe to it.
